All you need to do today is have fun, be silly, live well, eat healthy, love always, and think positive!
Here are a few ideas to do today…
- Sing your favorite song (even if it’s a little off-key)
- Bust out your favorite dance moves.
- Laugh until your stomach hurts or until you cry.
- Take 10 deep cleansing breaths every hour, get up and move.
- Try something you never tried before. (like riding the handrail of the walking escalator at the airport!)
- Eat some Brussel sprouts.
- Jump rope and skip.
- Eat an ice cream cone with sprinkles on it!
- Sit still and find your inner self.
- Go play and forget about the grown up world.
- Look in the mirror say “I Love You!”
- Call an old friend, say hi and catch up.
