Today’s To Do List…

All you need to do today is have fun, be silly, live well, eat healthy, love always, and think positive!

That’s all!

Here are a few ideas to do today…

  • Sing your favorite song (even if it’s a little off-key)
  • Bust out your favorite dance moves.
  • Laugh until your stomach hurts or until you cry.
  • Take 10 deep cleansing breaths every hour, get up and move.
  • Try something you never tried before. (like riding the handrail of the walking escalator at the airport!)
  • Eat some Brussel sprouts.
  • Jump rope and skip.
  • Eat an ice cream cone with sprinkles on it!
  • Sit still and find your inner self.
  • Go play and forget about the grown up world.
  • Look in the mirror say “I Love You!”
  • Call an old friend, say hi and catch up.
Find yourself, be yourself then take your new energized self into tomorrow!
